HOW TO LOG IN
To access your Murray Bank online account, you have to provide valid login credentials. These are the steps involved:

Step 2- In the homepage and in the Online Banking section, enter your Access ID, then click the Next button
Step 3- Please answer your security question, then click Submit.
You will be prompted to enter your password before you can access your account

If you can’t recall your login credentials, please follow these steps to recover them
Recovering User ID
Step 1- In the homepage, click the Forgot ID? link
Step 2- Please enter your account email address then click Submit
You will receive an email with your User ID reminder
Resetting Password
Step 1- In the homepage, click the Forgot Password? link
Step 2- Please enter your Username then click Submit to initiate the process of resetting your password
After validating your identity, you will be able to proceed and change your password
HOW TO ENROLL
As an account holder in The Murray Bank, follow these steps whenever you need to enroll for the online banking service

Step 2- Please fill in the First Time User form and accept the terms of service by ticking the Terms and Conditions checkbox, then click Submit
