NBT Bank online banking system was built to create a safe and secured way for the bank’s customers to sign in to their account online and monitor their financial assets with the bank. You can also transfer money, pay bills and much more with the online banking system.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage (the link will open in a new window).
Step 2 – Click on the choices field below the “Account Login” title on the left side of the screen and choose the “NBT Online Banker”:
Step 3 – Type your “Login ID” in the empty field and click on the “Sign In” button:
Step 4 – You will be directed to the password entry page, there you will need to type your password and hit the “Submit” button.
Forgotten Password or Login ID
If you forgot either your password or Login ID you will need to contact the bank directly and ask them for the information.
NBT Bank does not allow any online retrieval of personal information due to their restrictive security designed to defend you from hacking into your online bank account.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – Click on the arrow in the field under the “Account Login” title in the left side of the homepage and choose the “NBT Online Banker” option:
Step 2 – Click on the “Enroll for NBT Online Banker” link below the “Sign In” button in the page you have been directed to:
Step 3 – Type your account number, choose your account type, you can choose either Checking, Savings or Installment loan and type you SSN with no dashes in the field, then click the “Continue” button:
Step 4 – Continue with the instructions provided by the bank and you will be enrolled into online banking in a few minutes.
