Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new window and you will see the login fields on the upper-right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter either your username or your email address and your password and then click the Sign in to My Online Account” button.
You should be able to sign in to your online account if your details were entered correctly. If you’re using your own computer, click “Remember me” checkbox to automatically log in the next time you visit the website. Do not click on the checkbox if you are using a public or a shared computer.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you forget either your username or password, click “Password/User Name Help”
Step 2 – Enter your username of OG&E and then click on the “Send Temporary Password” button.
Note that you should enter the email address you used during registration as your username. In case it’s your first time using the new oge.com, enter your old username to reset your password. You will receive an email with a temporary password after a few minutes. In case you haven’t received an email after fifteen minutes, first check your spam folders and junk mail before requesting another temporary password again.

Step 2 – If you do not remember your username, click “Forgot your username?”
Step 3 – Enter the phone number you used during registration and your house number and then click on the “Look me up” button.
OG&E will provide you with a hint of your credentials after a few minutes.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “PAY MY BILL” located on the right side of the screen.
You will have to sign in before you can pay your bill. Register for an account if you’re a new user/customer. Once you’re signed in, you will be redirected to a new page where you will view your bill before making payment.
