HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you can’t remember either your username or password click “I forgot my username / password”.
Step 2 – Select the details you have forgotten, enter the email address you used during registration and then click the “Next” button.

HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “Pay Bill” which is located on the upper-left side of the screen.
You must login in first to your account if you want to pay your bill online. Register for an account if you’re a new user. Note that there are other ways to pay your bill. You can pay by home banking, by phone, by mail, in person or by direct debit. Choose the payment method that you prefer. Remember to check the fee charged to avoid surprises.
