Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and click the “MyTCA client login” button located on the upper-right corner of the screen to open the log on page.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and password that you used during registration and click the “Log On” button.
You should have signed into your TCA online account if the email and password are associated with your account. Make sure you enter your login credentials correctly to avoid difficulties accessing your online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
You shouldn’t trouble yourself whenever you cannot remember your email address or password for your TCA account. The steps below will guide you on how to retrieve your lost login information:
Step 1 – If you have forgotten your email or password for your account, click the “Email/Password Help” hyperlink located below the password box.
Step 2 – Click on the “Retrieve email” hyperlink if you have forgotten your email address.
Step 3 – Enter your client number, enter your first & last name, enter the last four digits of your social security number or your alternate ID and then click the “Retrieve Email” button.
