Town Bank Online Banking Login

Town Bank online banking service is designed to ease service delivery to the bank customers. It allows you to access your accounts conveniently and securely, 24 hours a day, anywhere given that you have access to the internet.  Please review the simple guide below to find out how to enroll, log in and reset forgotten password.

HOW TO LOG IN

If you have enrolled in the online banking service, please consider the steps below to log in to you accounts.

Step 1 – Open this link http://www.townbank.us in to access the bank website.

Step 2 – Click Community Banking Personal Online Banking link to open the login panel

Step 3 – Kindly enter your User ID then click Continue

Step 4 – Click Continue with Security Code link

Step 5 – Select your phone number and how want to receive the security code

Once you receive the code, enter it and enter your password then login to access your account online.

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD/LOG ID

For security purposes, Town Bank online banking system allows a customer to reset his/her password once he/she has passed the security code verification stage. You will click on Forgot Password once you have entered the one-time security code. If you have issues with the reset process, kindly visit a branch near you or contact the customer care at 877-646-9003.

HOW TO ENROLL

Only members of the bank who own a checking or savings account are qualified for this service. Follow the steps below to enroll:

Step 1 – In the login panel, click Sign Up link

Step 2 – Select your account type, review and accept the Online Banking and Bill Payment Agreement and Disclosure and accept then click Continue

Step 3 – Fill in all the fields in the Online Banking enrollment form then click Continue

Your details will be submitted to online banking team for verification purposes. Upon approval you will be allowed to finish the enrollment process and be allowed to login in to your account.

MANAGE TOWN BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT

When you enroll in Town Bank online banking platform you are allowed to:

• Access and manage your accounts
• View account balances and transaction history
• Pay loan and bills online
• See check images and deposit slips
• Transfer funds between accounts
• View and print statements
