The result was an institution that provides personal and business banking services to the members and even the employees. The commitment to community is absolute.
In our pursuit to improve service provision we now have an internet online banking platform. Such a platform will enable members to access services no matter where they may be. Here are guidelines to logging in
How to Log in
If you have already registered for on the online Federal Credit Union, follow the instruction below to log in to your account.
Step 1 – Open up your browser and enter the URL https://unitedfcu.com/
Step 2 – On the top right corner of the homepage, there is a log in box. Enter your Log in ID and your Password.
Step 3 – Click on the Log in button and you will be able to access online banking services.
Forgot Password
In case you have forgotten your password or your Log in ID do not despair we’ve got you covered. To retrieve or get a new password follow the instructions below.
Step 1 – Enter your Login ID on the homepage and tick on the Forgot your Password button found right below the Log in button.
Step 2 – You will receive an email sent to you on the instructions on how to change your password.
How to Enroll
In case you do not have a United Federal Credit Union account here are the instructions on how to get one.
Step 1 – On the homepage click on the ‘Enrol in Online Banking’ button found right below the Log in button.
Step 2 – You will be directed to a page where you will be required to fill in your details. These are your Member Number, your Social Security Number, and your Desired Login ID.
Step 3 – Click on the Continue button to submit your details.
