HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click on “PAY YOUR BILL” located on the left side of the screen.
You must first sign in to your jea.com account before paying your bill. JEA allows for online bill payments using credit/debit cards and bank accounts. You can schedule these online payments through AutoPay. Note that credit/ debit cards charge convenience fees while bank accounts charge zero transaction charges. You should receive a notification to confirm the bill payment.
