RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – If you do not remember either your password or your username or both, click “Forgot Username/Password”.
Step 2 – Select the details you wish to retrieve, provide your information either the email address, username or KCP&L account and then click “Submit” button.
Note that if you want to retrieve both your username and your password, you will receive two emails. One email with your username and the other one with instructions on how to change your password.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click on “I want to” field box, select pay my bill and then click on “Go” button.
You will be redirected to the billing and payment options page. You will have to first log in to your account before paying your bill. Note that you will need to select either paying bill for your home or your business venture. There are several payment options you can choose from. You can pay by mail, by phone, in person, or by text message. Choose the payment method that you prefer.
