NES has partnered with other organizations like TVA to offer renewable energy programs. These programs aim at harnessing power from natural resources like wind and sun. HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new window. You will see the login in fields on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter both your username and password and then click on the “LOG IN” button.
You should be able to log in without problems if the details entered match with the file in your online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – If you have forgotten your username click on “Forgot Username”. You will be redirected to a new page where you will enter your details.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and phone number associated with your online account, click on “I’m not a robot” checkbox and then click on “SUBMIT” button.
The details entered will be verified and an email with your username will be sent if your details are associated with your online profile. You must also click on “I’m not a robot” checkbox to confirm you’re human as well as progressing to the next page.
Forgotten Password
Step 1 – If you do not remember your password for the account, click “Forgot Password”
Step 2 – Enter the username of your account in the username field and then click on “SUBMIT” button.
You will be redirected to a new page whereby you are required to answer your secret question correctly. You will have to answer the secret question correctly to avoid problems changing your password. Once you answer the secret question correctly you will have the permission to reset your password.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “View/Pay Bill” which is located on the bottom-left of the screen to make payments.
You will have to log in to your online profile before making payments. Register for an account if you do not have one and then log in to pay your bill. Select your preferred payment method and also check the fees charged to avoid surprises.
