The reports help the customers stay informed about the quality of drinking water and the services the department offers. It also helps customers understand the efforts done by the Water Utilities Department to protect the water sources. The department has also adopted water conservation measures through recycling of water. The Wakodahatchee wetlands project is one of the reclamation program adopted by the Water Utilities Department of Palm Beach County. Apart from the recycling of water, the wetlands has provided a wildlife habitat by attracting more than one hundred fifty species of birds and other creatures. The Wakodahatchee wetlands has also become a tourist attraction site for bird watching as well as a photography spot.

You must first log in to your account before making payment. The Palm Beach County Water Utility Department encourages online payments of bills. However, you can pay through drop boxes, pay in person, pay by mail or pay through banks. Mobile phone payments are available through the regional numbers provided on the site.
