HOW TO LOG IN
Online Banking users at Puget Sound Bank must provide valid credentials in order to access online accounts. Here are the login steps:
Step 1- In the browser, click or enter http://pugetsoundbank.com/
Step 2- In the homepage, click the Account Login tab at the top of the page
Step 3- Please enter your Online Banking (or SSO) ID, then click Login
Step 4- Please enter your Password, then click Submit
After verifying your identity, the system will allow you to proceed with online banking transactions.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
For you to reset your password, you must verify your identity by providing your Online Banking (or SSO) ID, E-mail Address and E-mail Subject. Please follow these steps:
Step 1- After submitting your Online Banking (or SSO) ID as in the third step in the login, click the Forgot Password? link
Step 2- Please enter your Online Banking (or SSO) ID, E-mail Address and E-mail Subject, then click Continue
