Tupelo was incorporated in the year 1870 and was named after the Tupelo gum tree. Tupelo is the largest city in Lee County and is based in northeast Mississippi. The department of water and light at Tupelo aims at providing safe and reliable utility services to the local community. Tupelo Water & Light Department (TW&L) provides electrical power, water and wastewater services to about fifteen thousand business, residential and industrial customers in parts of Lee County and in Tupelo. In 1934, Tupelo became the first city in America to acquire electrical power from the Tennessee Valley Authority. Step 2 – Click on the “Make Payment” button.
Step 3 – Enter your location number, your customer ID and then click on the “Continue” button to make a one-time payment.
If planning on paying your bill online, you must first log in to your account to make a bill payment. Note that there are other ways to pay your bill. You can pay by mail, pay in person, pay by phone or pay with a bank draft.
