HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “My Account” located on the left side of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter your C Spire username and password and then click the “SIGN IN” button. (Note that both your username and password fields are case sensitive).
You should be able to login to your C Spire online account if your details are associated with your account. If you are a new user, click “REGISTER” to create a new online account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – In case you have forgotten the username of your C Spire online account, click “Forgot Username?”
Step 2 – Enter the email address and mobile number associated with your C Spire online account, select the method you like to receive your username and then click the “Recover Username” button.
Your username will be sent to you either through a text message or to your email address.
Forgot Password
Step 1 – If you can’t remember the current password of your C Spire online account, click “Forgot Password?”
Step 2 – Enter your username that is associated with your online account, select the method you like to receive your password and then click on the “Recover Password” button.
You should receive either a text message or email with a temporary password after a short while. Use the temporary password to login to your online account and then change your password to a more secure one.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “My Account” located on the left side of the screen.
Step 2 – Click “Wireless Express Services” to pay you bill online without signing in to your online account.
Step 3 – Enter either your mobile number or account number, enter the last four digits of your SSN or Tax ID, Check the box if you are a prepaid customer and enter your account pin and lastly click “Continue”.
Note that you can click “Fiber Express Services” to make a bill payment online without signing in to your online account. You will be prompted to enter your account ID and the last four digits of your SSN before you can click “log in”
