EWEB sources its electrical power from the wind, water, and steam which enables them to provide consistent power in the grid for all their customers. The hydroelectric plants produces over 40% of power generated and the Bonneville Power Administration is the largest power plant owned by EWEB. In addition to these projects, the company also purchases geothermal energy from the Northern States. The shift towards adoption of renewable energy has prompted the Company to initiate projects such as Solar Electric and EWEB Green Power with the aim of conserving the energy sources. The management of the resources is dependent on the policies set by a team of five board members, who are elected by the residents. EWEB supports communities through sponsorships, corporate donations and employee volunteerism. This has helped to improve the living standards of the locals.

Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click “Pay My Bill” located on the upper-right side of the screen.
Step 2 – Click on the “Log In/Register” button. You will be redirected to a new page where you will enter your details.
Step 3 – Enter your user name and the password in the respective fields and then click on the “Log In” button.
Make sure your credentials are entered correctly to avoid troubles logging in to your account. Note that you can click on the “Remember me next time” checkbox if using your own computer. Don’t click on the checkbox if using a public or shared computer.
RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – Click on “Forgot your User Name/Password?” if you can’t remember your password.
Step 2 – Enter your user name, the email Address you used during the registration, your account number, the validation code on the screen and then click “Continue”
Forgot Username
Step 1 – If you have forgotten your username click “Forgot your user name?”
Step 2 – Enter your first and last name, your email address, the validation code and then click the “Submit” button.
Ensure your details are entered correctly to avoid troubles retrieving your username and password. In the case, you have forgotten your account number, you can check the e-Bill emails or the EWEB bill.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “Pay My Bill” which is located on the upper-right side of the screen.
You will find a number of payment methods to choose from. You can pay by mail, pay by phone, use e-Billing or pay in person. Select the method that best suits you.
