HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and click “My Account” located on the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 2 – Enter either your email address or your AT&T Access ID, enter the password for your online account and then click the “Sign In” button.
Note that you can only use your AT&T access ID if you often receive a combined bill from AT&T and DirecTV. You can check the “Remember me” box to enable your computer to log you in automatically the next time you visit the website. If you are using a public or shared computer, don’t click on the checkbox to prevent strangers from accessing your account.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Step 1 – If you happen to forget either your email address or access ID, click “Forgot email or Access ID?”
Step 2 – Enter the email address associated with your online account, type the code characters displayed and then click the “Continue” button.
An email with your username will be sent to your contact email address after a few minutes.
Forgot Password
Step 1 – In case you can’t remember the current password of your DirecTV online account, click “Forgot Password?”
Step 2 – Enter your user ID and your last name, then type the code characters displayed and lastly click the “Continue” button.
Forgot Both Your User ID and Password
Step 2 – Select “User ID and password”, enter your contact email associated with your DirecTV online account, type the code characters displayed and then click the “Continue” button.
You should receive an email containing your credentials after a short while. Check your email address to retrieve your credentials.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click “Customer service” which is located on the bottom of the screen to make a bill payment online.
