HOW TO LOG IN
In order to log in to the Online Banking service you must first navigate to the bank’s homepage in a new window by clicking this link Hancock Bank. Follow the detailed instructions below:
Step 1: On the bank’s homepage go the ‘Personal Online Banking’ section on the upper right side of the page and enter your Login ID
Step 2: Now enter your Password
Step 3: Now click on the ‘Sign On’ button

FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you are unable to access your account because you have forgotten your password you can contact the bank via telephone by calling 1-800-448-8812. Another option is to reset your password online by following the steps below:

Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ button
