In order to log in to the Online Banking service you must first navigate to the bank’s homepage in a new window by clicking this link Hancock Bank. Follow the detailed instructions below:

Step 1:  On the bank’s homepage go the ‘Personal Online Banking’ section on the upper right side of the page and enter your Login ID


Step 2:  Now enter your Password


Step 3:  Now click on the ‘Sign On’ button


You have successfully logged into your account.


If you are unable to access your account because you have forgotten your password you can contact the bank via telephone by calling 1-800-448-8812. Another option is to reset your password online by following the steps below:

Step 1: Click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link


Step 2: Now enter your Login ID and click the ‘Continue’ button


You will be asked some security questions and be assigned a temporary password.


Before you can take advantage of the Online Banking service Hancock Bank offers you must first enroll as a new user and you must already have an existing account. To enroll, go to the bank homepage by click this link: Hancock Bank and click on the Online Banking link to start the enrollment process.

Step 1: Once you’ve directed to the bank homepage, click on the ‘Enroll Now’ link located at the bottom of the Online Banking section


Step 2: You will be directed to a new page. Click on the ‘Enroll Now’ button


Step 3: Select the “I understand and agree to Hancock Bank’s Terms and Conditions” option


Step 4: Click on the ‘Submit’ button


Step 5: Complete the Enrollment form


Step 6: Click the ‘submit’ button


Congratulations, you have successfully enrolled for the Online Banking service.
